What this Supplement is
A healthy mood sets the tone for your whole day. SAM-e is a naturally occurring molecule made in the cells of our bodies. However, SAM-e levels can run low due to various factors such as diet and aging. Nature Made® SAM-e Complete® can help to replenish your SAM-e levels and restore your healthy mood in as little as 7–14 days when taken daily.† If you are new to SAM-e, Nature Made® SAM-e Complete 400 mg is a great place to start. Nature Made® SAM-e also helps support joint comfort, which may naturally deteriorate with physical activity and age.† SAM-e provides a source of sulfur, which is a critical component of joint tissue. Now it's that much easier to stay on top of your health.

Suggested Use: Start with 1 tablet per day. The best time to take SAM-e is on an empty stomach at least 30 minutes before a meal. Clinical studies indicate that benefits are most likely evident after 7–14 days of supplementation.† If benefits are not achieved within two weeks, you may require a higher level of supplementation. To help determine the proper level of supplementation that works for you, gradually increase the number of tablets (maximum 1,600 mg/day) and consult with your doctor until benefits are achieved.
