Biotin (B7), Copper, Folate, Niacin, Pantothenic Acid (as d-Calcium Pantothenate), Riboflavin, Thiamin, Vitamin B12, Vitamin B6, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Zinc, Cellulose Gel, Croscarmellose Sodium, Calcium Carbonate, Modified Food Starch, Hypromellose, Stearic Acid, Dibasic Calcium Phosphate, Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate, Polyethylene Glycol.

Directions:

Adults, take 1 tablet daily with water and a meal.Store tightly closed, in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children. Do not use if imprinted seal under cap is broken or missing.
